Equipped with DTHC (digital torch height control) uneven sheets are no longer uncutable. Fine cut can be achieved by setting only two parameters, tip volts and pierce height. The machine will move the torch up and down and maintain the tip volts at the preset value. Fine edge cut can be achieved by choosing a lead in and lead out move. The cut will start and end outside of the part so the edges will be clear and the part will not have a pierce mark.

RP4020 is also equiped with an onboard computer and a 19'' touch screen.
